Research

This is the main picture I will take inspiration from as it has a funny side to it. I will create a collection of images to represent this one with my own twist. I will use different coloured backgrounds along with different props to make each image an individual. The lighting set up i think should be the same throughout the shoot because it will link all the pictures together.

I like the lighting on these pictures as i dont think it is anything special so it doesnt take the viewers eyes away from the main subject. I think this photo can be taken in two ways, it could be seen as an image with humor, or an image showing that this person is putting their middle finger up to the world and saying she doesnt need anyone to do what she wants to do, she will do it on her own. Thats the feeling i get from it.   

Perou uses a lot of coloured backdrops and does a lot of head and shoulder images. All very sharp and funky. The ones i like and am going to use as inspiration are the ones that have a bit of humor to them by using props that aren't necessarily funny themselves but the expression on the models face make them seem that way.
